My mom never let me paint my nails black. She claimed they were too "Dark" or "Boyish."
So until today, I didn't. I did it by myself, because I always end up having traumatic experiences at nail salons. Once in Virginia, they used something pointy to clean my nails and I ended up bleeding. They then put the polish DIRECTLY on the cut skin. It burned so much. Since then, I haven't been to a nail salon ever since :/
Usually when I do my nails myself, they turn out getting messy and I accidentally touch it when its not dry, leaving prints.
Today I did fairly well! I only got one print ^-^ Yay!
